Our company offers the goods supplied using Kanban system (from Japanese word kan-ban - small card). The system is based on the customer-supplier relationship, and ensures that the supplies are directed to the customer’s manufacturing process. Its most frequently emphasized benefit consists in stock reduction. Other advantages include: system information flow throughout the entire production process, parts supplies based on the monitoring of predetermined stock. In addition, it ensures the continuity of production when the product range gets increased, and reduction of laborious planning (i.e. plan preparation and checking). And last but not least, it represents an open management system enabling to acquire a better overview of production condition and stock levels for work-in-progress, and to achieve transport costs saving.
